The company’s general goal is to ensure that the customers are completely appeased with purchases.

Company believes in Quality of Service and they list customer services on the top. If in the case, the customers are not contented with our services, below mentioned guidelines may help them to resolve their issues related to exchange/return of the items.

If any of the products is faulty, then the customers have an option to return/replace it within 14 days from the day of purchase. Non-defective products (if broken or made faulty after purchase) may not be return or exchange in any case. 20% re-stocking fee must be charged in case of return/replace. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

In case of return and exchange of items, following conditions must be taken in account.

While returning the product, the original product box, factory packaging, respective warranty cards and related booklets should be submitted with the product making sure that everything must be in its real condition. No scratches and changes in the product will be accepted. Before delivering back any product, customer must make a call for authorization code.

Violating these return policies and rules while returning/replacing the product will not be accepted.
